The short, the first of nine installments of Republic serial Radar Men from the Moon, introduces "Commando Cody", a scientist-hero who dons a bullet-shaped helmet and jet pack, when not flying his bullet-shaped spaceship, to thwart the evil plans of Moon Men and their cash-strapped criminal associates to take over the Earth.
